Experience the Eagle Total Care difference! Your first appointment includes our expert pool cleaning with professional-grade chemicals. We will provide you with your weekly service fee and set you up with hassle-free online scheduling and payments! Exclusions apply.


Cancellation Policy

Pool Service Overview: Eagle Total Care provides scheduled weekly pool cleaning services, including: skimming surface debris, brushing walls and tile, vacuuming as needed, emptying baskets, testing and balancing water chemistry, and equipment inspection as deemed necessary by our technician. Services are subject to change based on the discretion of the technician. Lawn Service Overview: Weekly lawn care includes mowing, edging, and blowing of clippings from the front and back yard. Service Schedule: Services are performed once per week on a set day. Your pool technician will arrive during a standard service window (exact times may vary due to route scheduling). You will be notified of any schedule changes by our team. Weather Policy: Light rain will not cancel service. Severe weather (lightning, heavy storms) may require rescheduling or a partial service. Chemical balancing may still be performed if safe. Our technicians reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services at their discretion. Access Requirements: Gates must remain unlocked on service days. Dogs must be secured. If we cannot access your pool due to locked gates or loose pets, a trip charge may apply and/or service will be skipped. Billing & Payments: Services are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and due by the 5th. Late payments will result in service interruption until the account is current. Chemicals & Supplies: Pool chemicals are included in your service rate. Any equipment repairs or replacements will be discussed with the customer before proceeding. Cancellations & Skipped Visits: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to skip a scheduled cleaning. Failure to notify our team 24 hours prior to a scheduled service may result in a trip fee. Repairs Any issues noted during service will be documented and reported. Any repairs require customer approval and invoice. Technicians for initial pool cleanings, lawn services, and other service calls reserve the right to refuse service. Exclusions to initial visit pricing apply as determined by the discretion of the service provider, owner, or manager of Eagle Total Care. Customer will be notified before initiation of service if request is not within the scope of this pricing package.
